Consulting Service Details

This service assists you in performing the preliminary (prepare for architecture) phase in TOGAF. A consultant works with you to evaluate your situation, help develop your plans, and then implement those plans; to create an effective enterprise and solution architecture programme/practice. In providing this the consultant uses the materials and methods used in our other consulting services (architecture readiness assessment, architecture practice assessment and the architecture skill framework) applying them to your specific situation and leaving you with both an effective framework, method and skillset for delivering benefits from your architecture practice and the knowledge and skills to improve and grow the programme/practice.

The enterprise architecture implementation service is offered in two typical forms which can be further tailored for your specific organisation and situation as you require.  The two typical forms are:

• A four days in one week engagement that introduces the basis of an architecture programme/practice and prepares your for implementation and growth.
  This typically costs £4,000.
  
  
• A four days a week in four weeks engagement that introduces the basis of an architecture programme/practice and provides consultant time to work with you to lay the groundwork, knowledge, tools and skills for well planned implementation and growth. 
  This typically costs £12,000.
  
  
• A four days a week in four weeks over 2/3/4 months engagement that introduces the basis of an architecture programme/practice and provides consultant time to work with you to direct and support your team as they lay the groundwork, knowledge, tools and skills for well planned implementation and growth. 
  This typically costs £12,000.

Consultant expenses for engagement delivery are subject to agreement.
