Course Details

This course covers the knowledge needed to pass both the TOGAF Level 1 foundation and the TOGAF Level 2 certified exams. Level 1 covers the TOGAF models and the language used to describe enterprise and solution architectures. It enables an understanding of the basis of enterprise and solution architecture and a common model for communicating about, creating, supporting and managing enterprise and solution architectures. Level 2 covers more detail about the models and specific deliverables and how best to implement and apply enterprise and solution architecture in practice.

The course is usually delivered to multiple students from one or more specific organisations and runs for 4 days at a location of your choice (subject to confirmation on the facilities available at each location).

Course materials are normally provided on a USB stick (that is kept by students after the course for personal use only) and participants usually bring their own laptops. Other forms of material provision can be offered if requested.

The course costs:

• £4500 for 1 - 4 people
• £6000 for 5 - 8 people
• £7500 for 9 - 16 people

Trainer expenses for course delivery are subject to agreement. The course price does not include the exams.

Exams, taken when you feel prepared (normally 1-4 weeks after the course) are held at a Pearson Centre. The Level 1 exam is multiple choice and based on correctly describing the TOGAF models and terms. The Level 2 exam is multiple choice and based on selecting the best approach to address specific architecture scenarios. Details can be found at:  https://certification.opengroup.org/take-exam.
