This service evaluates your current approach to the roles and skills you need to implement and effectively operate your enterprise/solution architecture programme/practice. It introduces you to the skill and roles frameworks and how these can be applied to improve enterprise/solution architecture effectiveness in your organisation.

Example Personal Architecture Skills Framework

The EA/SA skills framework service is offered in two typical forms which can be further tailored for your specific organisation and situation as you require.  The two typical forms are:

• A one day engagement that introduces the skills and role frameworks and provides you with the basis to perform, evaluate and apply the results of the skills framework yourselves.
  This typically costs £2000.
   
• A four day engagement that introduces skills and role frameworks and provides consultant time with your team to apply the approach, perform the analysis, start to document your specific roles and skills, and plan your follow on actions.
  This typically costs £4000.

Consultant expenses for engagement delivery are subject to agreement.
