Consulting Service Details

This service evaluates the readiness of your organisation to start/seriously implement an enterprise architecture programme. It introduces you to an architecture maturity assessment and provides an assessment summary (shown below) and detail template for you to use in your organisation.

The EA readiness assessment service is offered in two typical forms which can be further tailored for your specific organisation and situation as you require.  The two typical forms are:

• A one day engagement that introduces the approach, including the architecture maturity assessment analysis method, and provides you with the basis to perform, evaluate and apply the results of the readiness assessment yourselves.
  This typically costs £2000.
   
• A four day engagement that introduces the approach, including the architecture maturity assessment analysis method and provides consultant time with your team to apply the approach, perform the analysis, document your readiness assessment and plan your follow on actions.
  This typically costs £4000.

Consultant expenses for engagement delivery are subject to agreement.
